Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen the Risk Management culture by collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to generate monitoring reports and propose solutions. Our objective in hiring a **Data Analyst** is to strengthen our institution’s Risk Management culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will this professional do daily?** * Collect, organize, and analyze business data to generate monitoring reports identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies; * Continuously improve existing monitoring processes by proposing new items to monitor and new monitoring thresholds; * Build workflows to deliver monitoring results; * Prepare executive reports and dashboards on departmental processes; * Understand problems and propose solutions involving technology applications, automation, and AI. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Your profile must include/possess** * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Statistical analysis and data modeling; * Knowledge and prior experience in financial institutions within Internal Controls, AML/CFT, Compliance, Risk Management, or Auditing; * Contribution to improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening and evolving the institution’s data management culture. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, databases, and programming languages; * Ability to map processes, identify risks, and implement and refine internal controls; * Experience implementing projects/systems. **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Competitive compensation and incentives; * Hybrid work model; * Unlimited snacks; * Opportunities and support for continuous learning and exploration of new topics—after all: **your growth is part of ours!** #### **Our mission is to improve financial flows with state-of-the-art infrastructure.** That’s why we seek and develop talent focused on the future.
