Scheduling development and service quality assurance. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Supervise and coordinate cleaning team activities to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and meet the company's established hygiene and safety standards. Supervise the cleaning team by assigning tasks and monitoring service execution. Control the usage and replenishment of cleaning materials and supplies. Conduct training and guidance on cleaning procedures, proper use of PPE, and good hygiene practices. Develop work schedules, time-off plans, and coverage for staff absences. Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules. Conduct periodic inspections of areas to guarantee service quality. Report to supervision or management any facility maintenance needs, operational issues, or staff shortages. Ensure team safety and compliance with company policies and labor legislation. Address and resolve complaints related to cleaning services. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Leadership and ability to coordinate teams Organization and discipline Proactivity and sense of responsibility Strong communication skills Commitment to results and quality Professional cleaning techniques.
