Job Summary: We are seeking a Grinder for our Toolroom, responsible for grinding parts for molds, machines, and tools, as well as building and sharpening cutting tools. Key Highlights: 1. Rectify and prepare various parts for molds and machines 2. Build and sharpen cutting tools and machining broaches 3. Manage tool inventory and train assistants We are looking for a **Grinder** to join our Toolroom team. **Responsibilities:** * Grind parts for molds and machines, dies, tools, and fixtures to achieve precise dimensional adjustments according to drawings; * Set up grinding machines using fixtures, equipment, and grinding wheels appropriate for each part type; * Build cutting tools such as milling cutters, drills, saws, and broaches using grinding and tool-sharpening machines to meet production requirements; * Build and sharpen cannon-type and quadruple-profile machining broaches using grinding and tool-sharpening machines to fulfill factory needs; * Manage spare tool inventory, replacing defective tools to prevent shortages of instruments used in the factory; * Perform sharpening of machining tools by selecting and mounting the appropriate grinding wheel for each part type, ensuring machining standards are maintained during operations; * Shape grinding wheels using diamond-tipped tools and fixtures for radius and angle calculations, enabling execution of services per the current drawing; * Measure parts using specified instruments for each operation to maintain dimensions within tolerances indicated in the drawing; * Train and guide assistants, Grinder I and II, instructing them according to each machine’s process, thereby supporting auxiliary tasks while facilitating and improving team learning; * Keep the supervisor informed about all machine and equipment repair and maintenance information. **Requirements:** * Technical Vocational Education in Lathe, Machining Center, or related fields; * Knowledge of Metrology and Technical Drawing; * Availability to work either during Business Hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) or Second Shift (2:20 PM–10:35 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 11:40 AM–5:20 PM). **Are you interested?
