Control operational procedures and processes Description: About the position: Safeguarding and protecting the company's assets is fundamental to business success. Prevention Agent I serves as the “eyes” of the unit, ensuring safety for customers and employees. This professional must be attentive, careful, organized, and engaged—qualities indispensable for this role. Main responsibilities: * Control operational procedures and processes, based on application of the company's Code of Ethics; * Receive merchandise and interact with third parties, participating in internal and external audits; * Support inventory activities conducted at the store, together with the department supervisor; * Perform theft, loss, and merchandise misplacement prevention services via electronic monitoring and internal surveillance; * Define corrective actions for vulnerable areas; * Aim to prevent total losses, in accordance with the company’s established target; * Guide customers on various situations related to departmental activities; * Serve customers according to the company’s required service standards; * Comply with operational procedures required for the position. Desirable qualifications (preferred): * Prior experience in loss prevention; * Ability to identify and propose improvements to security processes.
