Dtel is a Brazilian company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing telephone and internet services. Focused on innovation and quality, the company strives to meet its customers' communication needs. **Responsibilities:** Assist technicians in all daily tasks. Perform basic configurations on network equipment (CPE). Install and explain the functionality of applications (SVA). Terminate DROP/UTP cables. Analyze Wi\-Fi signal strength using a dedicated application.
