DTel is a Brazilian company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing telephone and internet services. With a focus on innovation and quality, the company aims to meet its customers' communication needs. **Responsibilities:** Assist the technician with all daily tasks. Perform basic configurations on network equipment (CPE). Install and explain the operation of applications (SVA). Terminate DROP/UTP cables. Analyze Wi\-Fi signal strength using an application.
