Field Problem Resolution and Operational Improvements OPERATIONAL LEADER – TELECOM We seek a hands-on, dynamic leader focused on results to coordinate technical Telecom technician teams! **Key Responsibilities**: Leadership of Telecom (internet) technicians Route and productivity management Monitoring of KPIs (SLA and quality) Incident resolution Monitoring proper use of tools, PPE, and vehicles Supporting performance analysis and proposing operational improvements Field problem resolution when necessary **Application Criteria** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in the telecom field (installation, maintenance, projects, etc.) * Experience leading teams (formal or informal) * Knowledge of field operational routines * Valid driver's license (Class B or higher) * Flexible working hours Salary: R$ to be negotiated Transportation Allowance: R$ 8.00 Meal Voucher: R$ 18.00 Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$3.757,51 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
