Job Summary: This role involves scheduling drivers, creating and monitoring travel plans, controlling processes and KPIs, and providing support to drivers and various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule drivers and assistants for trips 2. Create and monitor travel plans and routes 3. Provide support to drivers and other departments - Completed high school education (enrollment in higher education is preferred); - Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; - Schedule drivers and assistants for trips; - Create and monitor travel plans and routes; - Control processes and KPIs using spreadsheets; - Monitor deliveries and generate reports in the system; - Generate transportation documentation (CT-e, MDF-e, GNRE); - Close loading operations in the system; - Provide support to drivers and other departments (finance, logistics, and commercial).
