Job Summary:
Perform shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage activities for merchandise, including invoice (NF) registration, warranty and casing processes, rotating inventory, and customer and supplier support.

Perform shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage activities for merchandise; register invoices (NFs); handle warranty and casing processes; conduct rotating inventory; and carry out other tasks as required.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide internal and external customer service;
* Pick, inspect, issue invoices (NFs), and manage merchandise transfers;
* Store merchandise, record invoices (NFs), attend to and receive suppliers, and process returns;
* Provide customers with information regarding product warranties and casings;
* Participate in and assist with inventory counts;
* Organize and clean the warehouse.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education; basic computer skills; Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Prior experience in logistics or related responsibilities. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of and/or experience using ERP systems.
