As a Cargo and Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for unloading, organizing, sorting, loading, and delivering goods with care and attention, ensuring they are not damaged and delivered correctly. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Unload goods from trucks; * Assist in checking and labeling goods unloaded from the truck, as instructed; * Organize the receiving area according to each item's characteristics (color and volume); * Dispatch damaged goods to the Technical Support department; * Store goods, arranging them by color, size, and volume; * Sort goods for store replenishment and/or customer deliveries; * Send goods to the shipping department's packing stations; * Load goods from the packing stations onto trucks for customer deliveries and/or store replenishment, after verification; * Deliver goods directly to customers at the Distribution Center; * Deliver goods to stores and customers' residences together with the driver; * Keep the work area clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays, if required); * Ability to work in a team and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Medical Assistance (100% covered by the company) and dental care; Meal allowance; Mobility: Transportation Benefit; Opportunity for learning and professional development; Dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunity for growth within the company.
