Job Summary: Professional responsible for installing, preserving, and maintaining hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and masonry systems, in compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of hydraulic and sanitary systems 2. Multifunctional building maintenance (electrical, mechanical, masonry) 3. Execution of carpentry, metalwork, and waterproofing services Immediate hiring. Willingness to travel. · Install and preserve high- or low-pressure piping systems; · Mark locations for piping, joints, and wall/floor openings using marking tools to guide installation of the designed system; · Excavate trenches in the ground, guided by key reference points, using manual or mechanical tools; · Install sanitary fixtures, sewage conduits, plumbing fixtures, and other system components; · Perform maintenance on installations, replacing or repairing components such as pipes, valves, fittings, appliances, insulating coatings, and others; · Unclog sewage lines and perform preventive maintenance on main sewage networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage systems, using specialized techniques; · Prepare quantitative cost estimates for parts required to execute the service, enabling procurement requests; · Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance tasks, including replacement, swapping, cleaning, repair, and installation of parts, components, and equipment; · Maintain glass surfaces and façades, and clean premises and accessories; · Organize and prepare the worksite; · Construct foundations and masonry structures, apply finishes and screeds; · Perform the following tasks: o Carpentry; o Metalwork; o Plastering; o Waterproofing; · Carry out all activities related to building maintenance; · Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. · Provide occasional support to any maintenance department requiring emergency team assistance; Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.354,90 – R$3.274,80 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Willingness to travel: * 50% (Preferred) Work location: On-site
