Support for transportation and quality processes **Job Description** --------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Responsible for tracking all dispatched, shipped, stalled-at-any-stage, returned, or claim-related orders, as well as return of proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation; formatting, sending, and receiving reports related to such tracking activities; spreadsheet-based indicator analysis; updating cargo management systems. **Requirements and Responsibilities** ---------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education * Experience in the operational process of vehicle supply collection. **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Assist in tracking all cargoes (dispatched, reverse logistics, stalled); * Generate pre-invoice reports and monitor scheduling; * Update data systematically (TMS); * Integrate information across departments to ensure visibility of potential bottlenecks and issues; * Ensure cargo traceability and implementation of corrective actions guaranteeing adequate service delivery; * Assist in cargo claims and/or incident handling; * Support internal POD return and control processes, as well as coordination with carriers; * Support maintenance and operation of the Transport Framework and PTQ (Path to Quality), assisting operations in complying with these programs’ processes; * Support carrier qualification processes within the Transportation Department; * Maintain up-to-date carrier registration documentation; * Report on freight rate table validity and generate reports highlighting pending items and registration duration. **Benefits \- Here's what you'll find:** ------------------------------------------ * Medical Assistance (On-site clinic, no monthly fee, extended to dependents); * Dental Assistance (Employee plan fully covered by DHL, nationwide coverage); * Meal Benefit (Meal voucher or company cafeteria, depending on location); * Transportation Benefit (Transportation allowance or shuttle service, depending on location); * Annual PPR (target of 70% of monthly base salary); * Life Insurance; * Gympass (Nationwide network of partner gyms); * Discount Club (Promotional discounts across multiple categories). **About DHL** --------------- **Connecting people, improving lives.** Become a DHL professional and gain essential daily support through top-tier benefits — we prioritize your safety, health, and that of your family.
