Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring vehicle usage and performance, scheduling maintenance services, ensuring legal compliance, and proposing fleet optimizations. Key Highlights: 1. Full fleet management, optimizing performance and safety. 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers and data analysis. 3. Proposal and execution of optimization and sustainability projects. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicle usage, performance, and overall condition to ensure operational availability and reliability. * Schedule, record, and track maintenance services to prevent unplanned downtime. * Ensure all vehicles have up-to-date licensing, insurance, and inspections. * Monitor expenses related to fuel, parts, tires, insurance, and maintenance, proposing cost-reduction initiatives. * Analyze driving data, fuel consumption, speed, and fleet utilization to propose performance and safety improvements. * Align transportation requirements with operational departments to guarantee vehicle availability as needed. * Negotiate with repair shops, rental companies, dealerships, and parts/service suppliers. * Generate periodic reports for management, presenting results and action plans. * Manage fuel cards, refueling activities, and fuel consumption per vehicle/driver. * Propose and execute fleet optimization projects, including sustainability and waste reduction. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or logistics, preferably in the receptive tourism or passenger transportation sectors. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, traffic legislation, and telematics. * Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office suite. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Experience with vehicle tracking and telematics systems. * Knowledge of cost management. #### **Benefits:** * 🍱 Meal Allowance: Pluxee * Health Insurance: HapVida plan without co-payment and without waiting period * Dental Plan: HapVida plan * + 🧘‍♀️ Health & Wellness Programs: Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Educational Partnerships: Discounts at Colleges/Universities * Life Insurance * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck #### **Additional Information:** * Salary: R$ 3.000,00 * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working Hours: 44 hours per week
