Here, we believe that the growth of our business means the growth of our people. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the procurement process for used vehicles; * Lead and guide the team of appraisers/buyers, ensuring technical and commercial standards in negotiations; * Define purchasing strategies aligned with inventory turnover and market demand; * Monitor and analyze KPIs (purchase volume, margin, turnover, pricing, inventory); * Ensure accuracy in vehicle appraisal and pricing; * Negotiate directly with customers and suppliers in strategic or highly complex cases; * Monitor the used-vehicle market, price trends, and competitor behavior; * Ensure documentary compliance and quality of acquired vehicles; * Collaborate with the sales team to align product mix; * Identify opportunities to improve procurement and appraisal processes; * Manage relationships with partners and vehicle suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in vehicle purchasing, selling, or appraisal; * Experience leading teams; * Strong negotiation and decision-making skills; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** * Standard business hours; * Health insurance with special conditions; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Emotional wellness program; * Discounts on products within our portfolio; * Discounts at partner universities; * Corporate education; * Professional development plan.
