**Responsibilities and Duties**
Inspect construction work carried out by customers, ensuring compliance with the municipality's Master Plan and the terms of the purchase and sale agreement;
Guide customers regarding applicable regulations and guidelines for construction within the land development;
Conduct periodic inspections of company-owned lots to ensure compliance with applicable regulations;
Monitor and control construction progress within the land development, maintaining up-to-date records;
Provide in-person and remote (phone/email) customer support for specific inquiries and deliver guidance on matters related to construction.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education;
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience in administrative routines;
Experience in customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and in person;
Willingness to learn;
Personal motorcycle and Class A driver's license.
