To join our team, you must: align with our purpose of caring for people, embrace challenges, demonstrate initiative, empathy, and a desire to drive transformation. **\#WeAreUnIncríveis \#UnimedWayOfCaring** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor internal departmental schedules and perform administrative routines, including drafting internal communications (ICs), official letters, document organization, control, and archiving. * Monitor, consolidate, and analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Conduct monthly reviews of documentation from third-party companies (security, monitoring, and related services), ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. * Support management in measuring and monitoring contracts by verifying data, validating information, and forwarding processes to the finance department. * Participate in internal and external audits, organizing evidence, tracking action plans, and ensuring resolution of non-conformities. * Analyze reports from the Monitoring Center to identify deviations, significant incidents, and opportunities for process enhancement. * Manage technical service requests for CCTV systems, access control, and security infrastructure, ensuring follow-up until resolution. * Submit and track material and service requisitions via the corporate system. * Maintain and update administrative records for the department. * Support, when required, preliminary incident analyses and preparation of technical reports. * Perform departmental administrative routines, including document organization, internal communications, and management support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Security, Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines; * Experience in administrative routines and contract control; * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and report preparation; * Experience in internal and external audits; * Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and monitoring systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). **Preferred Qualifications:** * PowerPoint, Power BI, and corporate systems. **Working Hours**: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Health and Well-being:** health and dental insurance, Gympass, Equilíbrio Program, endomarketing initiatives, birthday day off **Allowances:** meal allowance, childcare allowance, reduced-fare transportation allowance, life insurance **Development:** education incentives, technical and behavioral training **Advantage Club:** exclusive benefits through our partner network We are a benchmark in excellence in care.
