Job Summary: Financial analyst to ensure control over financial and managerial information, contributing to strategic decision-making and budget compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and control of corporate budgeting, with a focus on corrective actions. 2. Preparation of managerial and financial reports to support executive management. 3. Development and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). **Job Objective:** Ensure analysis, control, and monitoring of the company's financial and managerial information, supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring data reliability, and achieving budgetary planning goals. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and control the corporate budget (budgeted vs. actual), analyze variances, and propose corrective actions. Prepare managerial and financial reports to support executive management and other departments in decision-making. Conduct monthly closing activities, analyzing results, costs, expenses, and revenues to ensure data consistency. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement of business outcomes. Support the development of the company's financial and strategic planning. Perform cost analysis, contribution margin analysis, and profitability analysis by product, customer, or business unit. Ensure integrity of financial information in internal systems. Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation. Suggest improvements to financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in finance or controller functions is desirable. Prior experience in controller, finance, or accounting roles. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of data analysis and financial indicators. Familiarity with BI tools is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** Analytical and critical thinking. Organized with attention to detail.
