Job Summary: The professional will greet customers, operate the cash register, maneuver and organize vehicles, and complete reports, ensuring the parking area remains organized. Key Highlights: 1. Organize and assist customers in the parking area Responsibilities and Duties **Your typical day will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking facility; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (indicated by a sticker on the vehicle's rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verifying the cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operating cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering vehicles to their designated parking spots (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Delivering vehicles to customers; * Organizing vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintaining constant attention; * Promptly reporting to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the shift-end cash register closing report.
