Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and conservation of the unit, promoting a pleasant and safe environment for everyone. Key Highlights: 1. Perform operational maintenance and conservation activities for the unit 2. Carry out tasks in compliance with biosafety and occupational safety standards 3. Ensure proper custody and cleaning of equipment and the workplace * Guarantee that the unit remains consistently clean, hygienic, organized, and pleasant, creating an environment that promotes well-being for all individuals through careful and consistent execution of assigned tasks **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general operational, maintenance, and conservation activities throughout the unit’s premises, using appropriate materials and tools as specified in predefined routines and under leadership guidance * Carry out tasks adhering to applicable biosafety and/or occupational safety norms and procedures to ensure a clean and pleasant environment * Perform custodial duties contributing to personnel safety and preservation of building assets, as well as organization and cleaning of diverse environments, properly disposing generated waste into designated containers and locations, safeguarding occupational health and environmental aspects * Install sports equipment such as basketball nets, volleyball nets, soccer goalposts, and field markings for soccer fields * Perform gardening services including mowing the soccer field grass and maintaining unit gardens * Ensure proper custody, conservation, maintenance, hygiene, and cleaning of equipment, tools, and other materials used, as well as the workplace **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education * Relevant work experience * Knowledge of cleaning products and their functions * Knowledge of waste disposal procedures  **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: **RESERVE REGISTRATION** * Weekly working hours: 44 hours * Selection process stages: Written test, Group dynamics, and Interview.
