Monitor academic development and support necessary interventions * Promote students’ academic and socioemotional development by supporting teachers in enhancing pedagogical practices and contributing to an environment of educational excellence and well-being. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans, considering students’ academic and behavioral development as well as their learning difficulties. * Plan and implement pedagogical projects aligned with current legislation, curriculum guidelines, and the PPP. * Guide instructors in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring alignment with institutional methodologies. * Request class registration and certification from the school secretariat, monitoring the formalization of academic records. * Support teachers in using institutional platforms, also guiding students and guardians on their usage. * Monitor students’ academic development, supporting teachers in tracking lesson plans and implementing necessary interventions. * Monitor lesson planning and supervise situations related to students’ academic performance. * Organize schedules, assessments, and monitor lesson planning, ensuring coherence with pedagogical objectives. * Conduct Class Council meetings, drafting performance reports and ensuring system-based recordkeeping. * Monitor the registration of lesson plans, attendance, and student performance in the system, while supporting teachers in identifying training needs. * Attend to parents and guardians, clarifying doubts and providing guidance regarding pedagogical processes and student development. * Prepare various educational documents—such as minutes, reports, opinions, timetables, assessments, and others—as required by the unit. * Conduct technical visits to companies contracting students’ internships, where applicable, monitoring the development of the training process. * Support leadership in strengthening organizational culture by disseminating values, competencies, and management tools. * Support leadership in applying and conducting management tools and ceremonies—such as performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and meetings—as needed. * Monitor class closures, organizing graduation ceremonies at the unit or served municipalities. * Implement pedagogical activities for commemorative dates, per the institutional calendar. * Monitor teacher performance by observing classes and providing structured feedback to instructors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related teaching licensure programs. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in the role of Educational Advisor. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with school/academic routines and dynamics * Agile methodologies * Pedagogical knowledge and educational legislation **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Fixed-term contract (5 months), 44 hours per week. * Position for Senai Poço Unit * Selection process stages: Specific knowledge test, group dynamics, and interview.
