Here, we believe that the growth of our business means the growth of Our People. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and implement training and development programs (LNT, learning paths, technical and behavioral trainings); * Participate in performance evaluation and competency-based management processes; * Contribute to organizational climate and engagement initiatives; * Support organizational culture, values, and internal communication initiatives; * Monitor DHO metrics (training, performance, climate, engagement); * Support leadership development programs; * Organize and oversee onboarding and integration activities for new employees; * Support succession planning, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and talent retention initiatives; * Act as a partner to business units, understanding their needs and proposing development solutions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human and Organizational Development, Training & Development, or related areas; * Knowledge of training and development methodologies; * Experience with performance evaluation and/or competency-based management; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday through Friday; * Health insurance with special conditions; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Emotional well-being program; * Discounts on products from our portfolio; * Discounts at partner universities; * Corporate education; * Professional development plan.
