Join our family! #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Develop strategic and budgetary planning for your area, monitoring business transformations; and budgetary planning for the area. Stay attentive to market trends and propose strategies * Ensure logistical flow performance by monitoring data to support better decision-making; * Monitor KPIs and data with a focus on continuous improvement; * Provide technical guidance during implementation of logistics processes, serving as a reference for techniques, procedures, and methodologies; * Promote and disseminate workplace safety culture, treating safety as a non-negotiable value; #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Practical experience, competencies, and skills in people management, process management, and continuous improvement; * Full-time availability; * Intermediate Excel, Power BI; * Prior experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
