Optimize processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. **Job Description: Logistics Supervisor** ============================================= **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Coordinate and supervise the company's logistics operations; * Plan and execute receiving, storage, movement, and distribution of materials; * Ensure compliance with established delivery deadlines; * Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency; * Lead the logistics team, promoting employee development and training; * Maintain inventory control and conduct periodic stocktaking; * Establish and maintain contact with suppliers and transportation companies; * Prepare performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in leadership roles within the logistics field; * Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain management; * Experience in people management; * Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and transportation companies; * Knowledge of inventory control/auditing; * Academic degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in management tools and inventory control systems; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours, if required.
