We are looking for a committed and strategic professional to lead our Logistics area. If you have experience in logistics operations management, process-oriented vision, and leadership skills, this opportunity may be right for you! * Requirements: 1\. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. 2\. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is desirable. 3\. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 4\. Knowledge of inventory, transportation, and distribution management. 5\. Proficiency in logistics process optimization techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. 6\. Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and warehousing standards. * Responsibilities: 1\. Manage all distribution center activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. 2\. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, aiming to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. 3\. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and warehousing procedures. 4\. Lead the logistics team by promoting continuous training and development, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback. 5\. Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. 6\. Coordinate maintenance and updates of logistics management systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability. 7\. Collaborate with the People and Management department in selecting and hiring personnel for the logistics team. 8\. Manage the distribution center budget, controlling expenses and promoting efficient use of available resources. 9\. Maintain ongoing communication with stores and other company departments to align logistics expectations and requirements. 10\. Develop partnerships with suppliers and carriers to ensure quality and efficiency in goods delivery and receipt processes.
