Lead the creative team in developing visual projects, content, copywriting, and digital solutions, while planning, executing, and monitoring the strategic marketing plan, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and the company’s positioning in the events and experiences market. 1\. Experience Creation and Development * Design visual assets for brand activations, events, and live marketing campaigns. * Develop innovative creative content and solutions, such as customized digital games, exhibition booths, press kits, and interactive activities. * Author original event concepts, reinforcing Mandala 360\'s creative identity and positioning. * Develop new promotional solutions and activation formats for commercialization by the sales department. 2\. Marketing Strategy and Planning * Plan, coordinate, and execute institutional, promotional, and commercial campaigns, integrating online and offline actions. * Ensure marketing strategies align with commercial objectives and the company’s positioning in the events and experiences market. * Plan and supervise branding and communication activities for events, activations, product launches, and brand experiences. 3\. Cross-Departmental Integration and Sales Support * Collaborate closely with sales, creative, production, and client service teams to ensure marketing clearly conveys project deliverables, differentiators, and value propositions. * Develop, update, and standardize sales materials, including presentations, proposals, portfolios, case studies, and post-event reports. 4\.
