Job Summary: The professional will greet customers, operate the cash register, and maneuver vehicles in the parking lot, ensuring organization and high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Greet and assist customers in the parking lot 2. Safely and orderly maneuver vehicles 3. Operate the cash register and issue entry/exit tickets Responsibilities and Duties **Your typical day will include:** * Greeting customers arriving at the parking lot; * Identifying whether customers are authorized (sticker displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verifying the cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operating cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issuing vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuvering vehicles to their designated spots (in accordance with the parking facility’s regulations); * Delivering vehicles to customers; * Organizing vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintaining constant attention; * Promptly reporting to the supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Completing the end-of-shift cash register closing report.
