You will be responsible for cost management and adherence to monthly and annual budgets, guaranteeing strict compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards for guest rooms and common areas. You will also plan and assign daily tasks, ensure proper replenishment of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, and conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate laundry processes, manage maintenance requests, and support team development through training and capacity-building initiatives.
