




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer support and resolution of connectivity tickets, network diagnostics, installation and maintenance of equipment, network monitoring, and user support. Installation and maintenance of network equipment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Providing support and resolving connectivity-related tickets (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Performing basic installation and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Monitoring network performance and providing user support. Logging and documenting tickets and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Higher Education program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
