Organize and archive various types of documents to ensure smooth daily operations and timely fulfillment of branch requests. Provide telephone customer service, delivering information and recording requests, suggestions, and complaints regarding products, forwarding\-them to the responsible departments for resolution. Process operational requests sent by branches related to business with members.
