You will be responsible for and ensure production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the **Food segment.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise all service processes and their completion within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while strictly adhering to contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for your unit, and ensure its achievement—and even improvement—throughout the year; * Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health-and-safety training.
