Organize and store food **Job Objective** Support kitchen preparation and organization activities, ensuring proper sanitation of food, utensils, and environments, thereby contributing to meal production in accordance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and guidance from the responsible team. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in **food pre\-preparation** (washing, peeling, cutting, sorting, and portioning ingredients). * Support the cook in **meal preparation**, according to the menu and dietitian's instructions. * Perform **sanitization of utensils, equipment, and work area**. * Organize and store food in compliance with **food safety and expiration date regulations**. * Assist in **inventory control and restocking of kitchen supplies**. * Maintain **cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and production areas**. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed elementary school (high school preferred). **Experience:** * Prior experience in kitchens, restaurants, or industrial kitchens is a plus.
