




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and serving meals and snacks, ensuring hygiene and organization of the workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Respond to meal requests and ensure supply Responsibilities and Duties Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians according to the nutritionist's guidance; Answer phone calls, register meal requests received from the service center, inform the on-duty nutritionist and dietary aides, and monitor the fulfillment of such requests; Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and separate cutlery and napkin kits; Serve snacks and meals according to the patients' and/or physicians' diet charts; Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; Organize and perform cleaning and sanitization of all materials used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the workplace; Sanitize meal transport carts during the shift; Refill water in nutrition department refrigerators; Comply with management requests regarding fruit and snack preparation; Prepare snacks for events and coffee breaks, when requested; Deliver 20-liter water jugs to departments, when requested. Comply with the company's Good Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to their area of responsibility, as established by the company or current legislation. Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory: Incomplete elementary education Desirable: Previous experience as a dietary aide is desirable.
