Description
Plan and carry out the activities required to obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 certifications; continuous improvement processes; development and implementation of projects; and employee training to ensure established quality standards
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and coordinate internal and external audits related to environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Draft, review, control, implement environmental, health, safety, and quality standards and procedures, as well as those for the Integrated Management System, managing the respective database;
* Develop and monitor action plans;
* Conduct and control identification of aspects and impacts;
* Conduct and control identification of hazards and risks;
* Identify and analyze compliance with legal requirements, managing the database;
* Conduct and support process mapping;
* Deliver communications, trainings, and presentations on environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Control, review, archive, and record procedures, documents, and forms;
* Conduct internal inspections and audits related to environment, health, safety, quality, and the Integrated Management System;
* Identify and support risk and opportunity assessment;
* Carry out, control, and support change management;
* Manage the Corrective Action Management databases;
* Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Integrated Management System;
* Support operational and support areas in developing procedures and other SGI-related actions;
* Visit and meet with operational and support areas to provide SGI support and consultancy.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields;
Prior experience with management systems

* Internal Auditor Training for SGI (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001);
* 5S Program;
* Microsoft Office / Google Workspace;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH).
