Opportunity to enhance workflows and standardize processes GS Inima Brasil \| Maceió \- AL \| On-site Job Description ❇️ Will support the department to ensure process efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Will contribute to operational and administrative routines, ensuring organization, data analysis, and timely execution of schedules, KPIs, and workflows with accuracy. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break / Fridays: departure at 5:00 PM / Compensatory Saturday Responsibilities and Duties Maintain up-to-date internal controls, commercial reports, KPIs, and departmental databases; Create and maintain dashboards for tracking results and performance; Enhance workflows; Prepare technical reports and presentation materials on results for managers and related departments; Standardize processes, implement controls, and define procedures. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress Field: Engineering * ️⃣ Intermediate Excel proficiency Desirable Qualifications * ️⃣ Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; * ️⃣ Experience with process monitoring and control tools will be considered a plus.
