We are eager to meet dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in implementing and maintaining the quality management system, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures; * Support the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and quality records to standardize processes; * Conduct field inspections and monitoring, verifying compliance of performed services to ensure construction quality; * Assist in controlling nonconformities by recording, tracking corrective actions, and supporting the definition of corrective measures; * Support the collection and analysis of quality indicators, contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement; * Organize and control quality documentation, ensuring traceability and easy access to information; * Assist in conducting internal audits by preparing documents and supporting follow-up of actions; * Promote team awareness regarding quality standards and best practices; * Support and/or lead quality onboarding sessions for new employees, presenting norms, procedures, and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program — Production Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward); * Prior experience is not required; * Driver’s license — Category B is desirable. #### **Desired competencies and skills:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001); * Fundamental understanding of technological control and quality in construction; * Basic ability to read technical drawings. **Additional information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector in the country.
