If you're passionate about the digital world, strongly connected to social media, and thrive in the dynamic e-commerce environment, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create Melissa-branded e-commerce content and copy. * Execute the e-commerce calendar, monitoring and ensuring implementation of planned activities in the website and app activation calendar; * Propose commercial and communication initiatives aimed at driving store performance, aligned with store needs and revenue acquisition forecasts; * Collaborate in executing planned initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, performance media, and social media channels. * Develop briefs and establish routines for receiving materials required to produce digital advertising, digital marketing, and CRM assets; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Fashion, or related fields; * Strong spelling and creative writing skills; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Prior experience in e-commerce content creation is considered a plus; * Organized, proactive, agile, and skilled in interpersonal relationships. **Additional Information** * Location: Farroupilha/RS or Porto Alegre/RS. * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Work format: Hybrid.
