Job Summary:
Support the Workplace Safety team in implementing procedures, managing risks at electrical substations, and promoting a safety culture.

Support the Workplace Safety team in implementing procedures and promoting a safety culture. Develop practical knowledge of risk management in electrical substation environments, contributing to the organization and control of preventive processes.
* Field Inspection Support: Accompany Safety Technicians during inspections at construction sites and work fronts, assisting in identifying deviations and completing checklists.
* Documentation Organization and Control: Assist in organizing, archiving, and controlling safety documents, such as PPE record forms, training records, incident monitoring logs, certificates, work orders, and inspection reports.
* PPE Management Support: Help manage inventory, organize the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and record control forms.
* Development of Materials and Presentations: Assist in creating materials for Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), safety campaigns, and training presentations.
* Training Coordination Support: Provide logistical support in organizing trainings (e.g., room reservation, attendance lists, instructional materials) and monitor their implementation for learning outcomes.
* Data Entry and Indicators: Assist in data collection and entering information into spreadsheets for developing safety indicators and statistics.
* Risk Analysis Support: Observe and learn the Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) process, assisting in information gathering under supervision.
* Regulatory Standards and Procedures Research: Conduct research on Regulatory Standards and emerging safety practices, under guidance, to support the team in updating procedures.
