Here, our culture reflects how we act, our values define who we are, and our goals define what we will achieve! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the safety of customers and employees at the facility by guiding teams and guaranteeing adherence to established procedures. Develop and ensure compliance with the annual budget for condominium, developer, and parking entities. Manage the operations team to meet targets set by the Holding. Provide technical and logistical support to other shopping center departments, analyzing the technical feasibility of new implementations and events involving finance, mall and media, commercial, and marketing; * Ensure compliance with operational routines to achieve the highest quality standards efficiently, thereby consistently delivering the best shopping experience to customers. Oversee crisis management for the property through individualized flowcharts per department and evacuation simulations. Explore alternative technologies used in the market/segment and negotiate with third-party service providers to reduce condominium and construction costs; * Ensure compliance with equipment maintenance routines to maximize performance and efficiency. Oversee store and developer construction projects, guiding the architecture team while considering each project’s complexity and required actions. Provide support to store tenants by clarifying operational area questions and requests when requested by teams under your responsibility. Manage and control building condominium and parking costs through expense prioritization and efforts to reduce condominium expenditures—aiming to lower expenses without compromising service quality or property infrastructure; * Handle purchase authorizations, quotations, service monitoring, and approvals, analyzing quotation maps to minimize risks of price distortions and specification mismatches for required inputs. Ensure the technical file remains up-to-date and guarantee compliance with regulations and laws governing shopping center operations and construction projects.
