If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and embrace a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your Mission Here** Analyze Dominalog's operational activities related to transfer, return, reverse logistics, and pickups at the headquarters. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze cargo manifests, pickups, transfers, route itineraries, and retail channel data; * Register vehicles and drivers in the internal system, in coordination with approved insurance providers; * Monitor vehicle tracking processes; * Control and analyze general spreadsheets, supporting internal KPIs with data; * Support vehicle release processes, invoice verification, and pickup generation. * Responsible for KPIs and reporting necessary information to respective departments; * Extract reports and deliver required information to related departments; * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as a multiplier of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. **Work Schedule** Monday to Saturday \- from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM Sunday to Friday \- from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no cost options and discounted plans available) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring – you choose the plan **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, starting after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit starting after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave starting after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
