Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and proactively, helping clarify doubts and providing product information, including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications, adhering to pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions regarding medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Conduct over-the-counter product sales and accurately record transactions. Process payments in cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly check medication and product stock levels, restock items as needed, and ensure products remain within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available pharmacy products, including their features, benefits, and possible drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Keep the customer service area and shelves organized. Ensure hazardous products are stored appropriately and in compliance with safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is desirable; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM.
