Focus on proactivity and good interpersonal relationships We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and proactive General Services Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the company's indoor and outdoor areas, as well as performing operational support tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning condominiums, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. * Waste collection and maintaining environmental hygiene. * Restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies. * Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and organizing environments. * Supporting room preparation for meetings and events, when necessary. * Addressing various operational demands related to daily condominium routines. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this role is a plus. * Commitment to work quality and adherence to safety regulations. * Proactivity, agility, and good interpersonal skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, as required.
