RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for greeting customers courteously. Identifying customer needs and preferences. Explaining features, benefits, and differentiators of optical products. Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses according to their ophthalmic prescription. Explaining different lens types (single-vision, multifocal, anti-reflective, etc.). Clarifying questions regarding adaptation and use of products. Presenting available product and service options. Executing sales with focus on targets and results. Negotiating prices, payment methods, and delivery terms. Monitoring the eyewear delivery process. Performing simple frame adjustments and repairs. Contacting customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Keeping the store clean, organized, and products well-displayed. Managing inventory of frames, lenses, and accessories.
