Our selection process is now fully digital—you can complete it from anywhere. **What Are the Responsibilities of This Role?** Co-participate with the Registered Nurse in activities related to occupational hygiene, medicine, and safety, integrating into study teams to promote worker health preservation and appreciation, while ensuring adherence to the company’s best practices. **Requirements:** Technical course in Occupational Nursing, with legal authorization to practice the profession; Relevant experience in the role. **In Your Day-to-Day, You Will:** * Contribute to studying and assessing safety and hazardous conditions, identifying needs in the areas of safety, hygiene, and workplace improvement; * Collaborate with the nurse in planning, scheduling, and guiding occupational nursing activities; * Assist in developing and implementing worker health assessment programs; * Contribute to developing and executing programs for controlling communicable and non-communicable diseases, as well as epidemiological surveillance of workers; * Perform all occupational nursing tasks except those reserved exclusively for registered nurses; * Integrate the occupational health team; * Participate in organizing events promoting improved health conditions; * Provide basic life support in cases of accidents or illness, including wound dressing, specialized immobilization, and medication administration; * Implement actions aimed at reducing absenteeism, occupational and non-occupational accidents, and diseases; * Conduct training for internal and external clients, instructing and monitoring appropriate use of personal protective clothing and equipment according to job requirements, where applicable; * Record statistical data on occupational accidents and diseases, maintaining updated records to support judicial proceedings; * Prepare spreadsheets and statistical reports, and critically analyze data to support managerial decision-making within the scope of practice; * Conduct educational and preventive activities related to occupational health and safety; **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and other benefits. *Together, with innovation, dedication, and commitment, we will build the future!* **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Natal, RN, BR Full-time CLT On-site
