Manage commercial logistics and supplier negotiations. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform routine daily activities, such as: \- Conduct daily departmental planning; \- Schedule team work shifts; \- Analyze inventory and product display in-store; \- Respond to emails and spreadsheets for RedeMAIS Central; \- Supervise sales teams at branch stores; \- Monitor targets and purchase/sales performance, seeking strategies to achieve them. \- Plan in-store commercial actions together with suppliers and store manager. \-\> Comply with departmental standards; \-\> Supervise and develop the sales team; \-\> Perform analyses and prepare reports related to departmental duties; \-\> Address requests from department superiors or other company departments; \-\> Organize the workplace; \-\> Attend internal and external meetings and training sessions; REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Educational level: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Commercial Management. Specific knowledge: Logical reasoning and understanding of market behavior. Experience in role: Prior experience in the field is desirable, preferably in supermarket retail. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle supplier communications, execute merchandise procurement through negotiation, respond to emails and spreadsheets from RedeMAIS Central, monitor stockouts, targets, and purchase/sales performance, propose improvement suggestions, and manage commercial logistics.
