At Fini, we seek proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professionals who can translate strategy into execution and drive sustainable business growth. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage partner distributor strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and sustainable operational expansion; * Manage key business metrics, monitoring sell\-in, sell\-out (sell through), coverage, numerical distribution, and market performance KPIs; * Ensure excellence in commercial execution, guaranteeing product availability, visibility, and strategic presence at points of sale; * Monitor distributor inventory levels and supply, mitigating risks of stockouts or overstock that impact performance; * Conduct training and capacity-building for partner commercial teams, strengthening sales arguments, product knowledge, and market execution; * Perform field follow-up with commercial teams and strategic customers, identifying growth opportunities and competitiveness gains; * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop more effective commercial strategies; * Prepare analyses, management reports, and action plans focused on performance, profitability, and market expansion; * Act consultatively with partners, fostering long-term relationships and continuous operational development. ### **What We Expect From You:** * Strategic and analytical profile with strong business acumen; * Ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships; * Results orientation, ownership mindset, and proactivity; * Experience in commercial management, distributor development, and market execution; Energy to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
