We are seeking a **Unit Manager** to work in Lagoa Nova and Nova Parnamirim/RN, leading our operations with a focus on excellence, results, and team development. **Work Location:** Natal/RN **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience in team management and operational leadership; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and decision-making ability; * Knowledge of indicator-based management; * Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
