**ABOUT THIS POSITION:**
* Guide campus staff on the application of strategic guidelines, policies, and procedures;
* Maintain performance management cycles with staff;
* Prospect and train personnel;
* Participate in developing marketing and lead generation strategies;
* Develop sales techniques;
* Clarify student inquiries through detailed explanations and/or demonstrations;
* Build and maintain candidate and student databases, including post-sale follow-up;
* Promote campus improvements to enhance student and partner satisfaction;
* Achieve or exceed sales targets;
* Support student reception and general administrative services;
* Provide assistance and support to both online (EAD) and on-campus students.
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$2.500,00 \- R$2.600,00 per month
