Job Summary: As a Purchaser, the professional will be responsible for negotiations, end-to-end procurement processes, and proposal analysis across various departments of a shopping center. Act in a consultative capacity with managers on technical specifications A shopping center in Natal (Candelária) is seeking a Purchaser. **Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end negotiations and procurement processes to meet ongoing operational demands (building maintenance, security, cleaning, parking, and customer service), marketing (promotional campaigns, events, agencies), and administrative needs. Prepare quotations and tenders (BIDs) for contracting services and purchasing technical and specialized materials (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works, and general maintenance), as well as daily supplies (cleaning materials, uniforms, office supplies, and others). Analyze commercial proposals, map market trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings. Execute invoice (NF) and purchase order entry processes within company systems and governance policies. Act in a consultative capacity with requesting department managers to support accurate technical specification of scopes and materials. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
