Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and ensuring excellence in the execution of general services, monitoring operational demands, and managing teams to ensure cleanliness and organization. Implement improvements in company processes and standards. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure excellence in the execution of general services; Monitor daily operational demands; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas, safeguarding proper operation; Control work schedules, attendance, and team performance; Manage requests for materials, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring timely and adequate replenishment; Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management, preferably in large-scale projects or high-traffic environments; Team management and supervisor leadership skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and colleagues; Organizational ability, proactivity, and decision-making capability; Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); Willingness to work on-site and adhere to work schedules as required.
