Focus on analyzing and proposing solutions for operational bottlenecks. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Business hours, Monday through Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the WMS; inventory management; team administration; control of operational processes; evaluation of departmental results; and implementing measures to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the company's needs, thereby guaranteeing compliance with technical standards and procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage inventory; * Coordinate daily inventory counts; * Verify inventory levels; * Resolve issues related to inventory and counting; * Perform inventory adjustments; * Record items as damaged; * Resolve pending matters related to product returns; * Register PIC and store items (pre-PIC) and release them to the purchasing department; * Patrol the warehouse area, identifying potential adjustments for non-conformities; * Identify solutions for issues occurring in the Winthor system; * Conduct team meetings; * Provide team support; * Monitor employee attendance and punctuality; * Monitor the need for overtime; * Track and manage the bank of hours according to company guidelines; * Evaluate team performance; * Oversee the annual inventory; * Monitor address assignment; * Audit missing merchandise; * Monitor storage, replenishment, and transfer of goods to stores; * Monitor address capacity, verifying items with low capacity and analyzing whether capacity should be increased or maintained; * Audit damage reports for return notes or loss; * Analyze and propose solutions for possible operational bottlenecks arising during daily operations; and * Perform other tasks similar in nature within the same scope of work. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications (especially advanced Excel). Knowledge of goods storage, address assignment, PIC, pre-PIC, and goods transfer. Skills in operating Winthor and WMS systems. Experience in logistics and WMS systems. Availability for flexible working hours. A driver's license and personal vehicle are considered advantageous.
