




Job Summary: A Quality Professional responsible for conducting supplier audits, raw material analysis, non-conformance management, training, and continuous process improvement. Team development through quality management training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) – 100% On-site **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan and conduct external audits at strategic suppliers to ensure compliance with legal requirements; * Prepare non-conformance reports following supplier audits; * Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and secondary materials to ensure compliance with specifications; * Monitor the performance of raw materials and secondary materials; * Manage qualification testing of secondary materials; * Conduct traceability and product recall activities across production stages; * Manage and audit supplier non-conformances; * Conduct internal training sessions at the factory, focusing on topics related to the Quality Management System, suppliers, and legal requirements; * Monitor and execute the calibration plan for Quality department equipment, analyzing and archiving documentation generated from these calibrations; * Draft or revise documents related to Quality Management System activities; * Conduct production process inspections to mitigate and prevent potential product quality issues; * Analyze inspection result trends to identify possible improvement opportunities; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed. A degree in Engineering is preferred. A postgraduate degree in Quality Management is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), Power BI, ISO 9001, and Non-Conformance Management. Basic or intermediate English proficiency is preferred. Familiarity with basic quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto).
